Dr. Lillian Eby holds the title Distinguished Research Professor at the University of Georgia, where she is a faculty member in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program. She is a Fellow of four professional societies and has published over 120 peer-reviewed journal articles. Her research focuses on mentoring relationships, career success, worker well-being, and the intersection of work and family life. She also has a longstanding interest in implementation science in health service delivery contexts.
